Sorry for the long wait for a blog entry. Our Beijing stay was AMAZING to say the least and very, very busy and exhausting. We are now settled into the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou in the Guandong province.
Our fellow adoptees make up a great group of 27 friendly and fun people. There are 4 grandparents along for the trip, an aunt, an uncle, and two families brought their other children. We are really having a wonderful time with them.

We have all had a hard time adjusting to the time change – unable to sleep at night for more than 4 hours at a time for the first several nights. Most of us have had to succumb to prescription sleep aids at some point and are finally adjusted to the time change...Just in time to get our baby!
